West Junior High School Courtyard Renovation • Lawrence, KS

The Courtyard was renovated in the Spring of 2005 when students from the school contacted us to improve the environment of the courtyard, which serves as a back entrance to the school and gymnasium and as a place for students to be after lunch.

It features large trellises to soften the brick walls lining the courtyard, and clusters of wooden benches for seating. There was also extensive landscaping of the ground surface.
